Die Privatstiftung hat den Willen bzw. die Absichten des Stifters zu verwirklichen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"secondary\">Die rechtlichen Grundlagen einer Privatstiftung sind im Privatstiftungsgesetz (PSG) geregelt.
