Das bedeutet, dass das entsprechende Recht oder Rechtsverh\u00e4ltnis erst mit Eintragung im Firmenbuch entsteht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"secondary\">Beispiele: Die OG, KG, GmbH und AG entsteht erst mit der Eintragung im Firmenbuch; \u00c4nderungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages der GmbH werden erst mit Eintragung in das Firmenbuch wirksam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"secondary\">Andere Eintragungen wirken lediglich deklarativ, sodass das entsprechende Recht oder Rechtsverh\u00e4ltnis bereits vor Eintragung im Firmenbuch entsteht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"secondary\">Beispiele: Gesellschafterwechsel bei einer OG, KG oder GmbH.
