Die Grundbuchsgerichte f\u00fchren das Grundbuch elektronisch. Neben dem Eigent\u00fcmer ist auch ersichtlich, wem bestimmte Rechte am Grundst\u00fcck zustehen, ob es belastet ist z.B. durch ein Pfandrecht, wie gro\u00df die Grundfl\u00e4che ist und weitere Informationen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-text-color=\"secondary\">Dadurch dass das Grundbuch \u00f6ffentlich und elektronisch \u00f6sterreichweit abrufbar ist, kann sich jeder \u00fcber den aktuellen Stand jeder Liegenschaft in \u00d6sterreich informieren. Die Eintragungen im Grundbuch sind verbindlich und dadurch wird ein geordneter Verkehr mit Liegenschaften gew\u00e4hrleistet.
