With BGBl. I No. 157\/2020 this provision has been incorporated into the permanent law, so that digital notarial services can be performed indefinitely.<br><br>\u00a7 90a der \u00f6sterreichischen Notariatsordnung besagt folgendes: Notare k\u00f6nnen die zu besorgenden notariellen Amtshandlungen unter Nutzung einer elektronischen Kommunikationsm\u00f6glichkeit (\u00a7 69b) vornehmen, dies in sinngem\u00e4\u00dfer Anwendung von \u00a7 69b Abs. 2 und 3 der Notariatsordnung.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Form der elektronischen\/digitalen Beurkundung\/Beglaubigung stellt eine Alternative zur herk\u00f6mmlichen Vorgehensweise dar, bei der die Parteien pers\u00f6nlich vor dem Notar erscheinen m\u00fcssen.
