Mag. Harald STEFAN joined the law firm of his father Dr. Friedrich STEFAN in 1990 as a candidate notary.

From the date of his appointment as a notary public on 1. 1. 2003, he led the notarial office together with Dr. Friedrich STEFAN in a partnership until his retirement in 2011.

Herr Mag. Dietbert KOWARIK war im Zeitraum 2002 bis 2024 als Notariatskandidat bzw. als Notarsubstitut in der Kanzlei tätig, wurde aber mittlerweile selbst zum öffentlichen Notar in Wien-Donaustadt ernannt.

Der Notariatskandidat Mag. Markus PEIER verstärkt die Kanzlei seit 2010 und hat sich im Jahr 2017 als Notarpartner mit Mag. Harald STEFAN zur Öffentlicher  Notar Mag. Harald STEFAN & Partner Kommandit-Partnerschaft zuammen geschlossen.

Since 1 February 2014, the office has been moved to the center of Vienna, namely to Rotenturmstraße 25 (Office of Vienna-Inner City XVII), former notary Dr. Hauser.

In our work, we strive to meet the high demands placed on the quality of notarial work. Thanks to a pleasant working environment, a high level of staff continuity was achieved.
