If the German language skills one party present are insufficient when a notarial deed, a court-certified interpreter must be involved.
Translation by a person of trust brought along or talking to the notary public in any other but the German language is not permissible.
The fees of the court-certified interpreter must be pair at once to him in the scope of drawing up of the deed and are not part of our fee.
